The Iranian government's top nuclear negotiator Saiid Jalili has written a letter to the European Union's foreign policy chief Javier Solana, unnamed sources were cited as saying by Iran's official news agency IRNA. The two-page letter, described by the sources as "very important" outlines Iran's position on the West's sanctions over its nuclear programme.
