And what of the terror attacks in Mumbai and the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan? Initial investigations have determined that the Mumbai terrorists came from Pakistan and that the ongoing tensions between the two nuclear powers are only expected to escalate, especially after Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that the attacks "would have a price."...(Haaretz).
